"To ask the Manager who is responsible for public/motorway lighting between the M50 junctions at Scholarstown and Balrothery and in doing so can the Manager explain what steps have been taken since I raised the matter many months ago regarding M50 lights being on all day for weeks on end between these two junctions - and for the Manager to address the most recent problem with the lights, i.e. the lights between Delany's Pub and Castlefield Manor Estate (on the M50) have not been on at all. Can the Manager explain in his response who is responsible for monitoring and ensuring that the public lights are functioning on this section of the motorway - additonally, can the Manager outline whether it is the NRA or the Local Authority which foots the bills for maintenance and operation costs of the public lighting?"
