That this Area Committee calls on the Law Department in conjunction with the Parks Department to immediately resolve the ongoing issue concerning the title of green space/public open space within Kingswood Heights and given the fact that a deed of dedication exists for these lands and the freehold was recently purchased by a third party, that the matter be resolved as soon as possible so that there is absolute certainty concerning the public ownership of these lands and the matter be discussed.

Further to my question at the May 2010 meeting, to ask the Manager to convene, without any further delay, the long-awaited on-site meeting at the old Lucan-Clondalkin Road embankment between Moy Glas and Castle Riada estates to be attended by officials from the Parks, Planning and Roads Departments, Gardaí, residents' representatives and the elected members so as to allow for discussion of proposals to address the very serious problems of anti-social behaviour in this area including recently the highly-dangerous throwing of projectiles from the embankment at houses in both estates?
