Would the Council clean/ empty the litter bins on the Grand Canal Way more often at the weekends. Four of them were overflowing on Saturday the 25th February, in the afternoon?

That this Council calls on the Manager to actively engage with Kildare County Council, NAMA and the relevant government departments to examine if lands at Weston Airport can be acquired into public ownership; noting that it would be grossly unjust for a private party to gain ownership of this land for a price which represents only a small fraction of the costs incurred by the taxpayer in significantly writing-down the value of loans held against this land.
