That the Manager refuse the licence application No. S25426/08 for a section 254 licence for an 18 meter telco pole and ground utility cabinet at the green space between Marian road and Butterfield Close, Rathfarnham, D.14. The area is well served with new fibre served by Eir, Virgin and Vodafone networks, 3 Mobile should share the existing poles in the Rathfarnham area. Also, the area for the pole and cabinet are public spaces and not for commercial use.
