"That the Council takes whatever steps are necessary to ensure that the broken low lying Red Brick Wall on Ballycullen Avenue/Killakee Avenue, which I understand is in private ownership, is made safe.  Residents of Firhouse would like to see this wall fixed or removed. "Ensure the appropriate development of the former Burmah Garage site on Wellington Lane, Dublin 6W, and the surrounding area adjoining the River Poddle. That the lands in Map 5 planned for zoning MU, EE and LC, stretching southwest from Walkinstown Roundabout along the Greenhills Road (including those areas adjacent to Greenhills Estate) to the M50, north from there to the Red Cow, east from there along the Naas Road to the city boundary, and along the boundary back to Walkinstown Roundabout, be subject to a Local Area Plan to be concluded by the end of 2018; and that the lands north of this between the M50, the Grand Canal and city boundary currently zoned EE be considered for inclusion in this plan.

11.6.5 (iii) Waste Recovery and Disposal Facilities

In final bullet point, which states "Development proposals for waste recovery and disposal facilities, should have regard to the following...Impact on residential and visual amenity of the area," insert a new sentence.

"No new waste recovery or disposal facility shall be located within 200m of a residence."

11.6.5 (iii) Waste Recovery and Disposal Facilities

Paragraph 2 currently states;

"The provision of waste recovery facilities, pre–treatment infrastructure and development of indigenous secondary waste processing, including Material Recovery Facilities (MRF) and Waste Transfer Stations will be facilitated at appropriate locations within the County. Facilities will only be permitted where they do not materially detract from the Land Use Zoning Objective and are at a scale appropriate to its surrounding environment and adjoining amenities."

Change to;

"The provision of waste recovery facilities, pre–treatment infrastructure and development of indigenous secondary waste processing, including Material Recovery Facilities (MRF) and Waste Transfer Stations will only be facilitated at appropriate locations within the County.
