That this Committee calls on the Chief Executive to arrange to have the road adjacent to the Square Luas stop and the junction on to Belgard Square West inspected. The white lines on this road have become badly faded and this is causing a danger to drivers as a result. I have raised this several times and was previously informed in a question that this would be done by October.
To ask the Chief Executive to provide a full report on the plans for provision of modular housing in the County, including, but not limited to, details of proposed locations, costs associated with provision, funding streams, and the proposed planning process.

To ask the Chief Executive for a report on the projected out-turn on housing adaptation grants for 2015; how this relates to the funding budgeted for this year; how it compares to previous years and the proposed 2016 allocations; and to make a statement on the matter.

"That this Area Committee requests the Chief Executive to facilitate a meeting between RESPOND housing association and this Committee regarding the plans for the 14-unit Moy Glas Glade development which RESPOND are understood to have recently acquired; and that this Committee further supports the establishment of a Liaison Committee to provide for ongoing two-way engagement between RESPOND and the local community."
