"To ask the Chief Executive for a report regarding the opening and closing hours of the Arena Road access gates, both vehicular and pedestrian, at the Castletymon Road side of Tymon Park. This entrance is being used by scramblers and Quad bikes, which are a constant source of noise pollution and damage to the Park and this mainly happens at evening and night time. Could the Chief Executive also indicate who holds responsibility for gate closures at this location?"
