That this Area committee calls on the Chief Executive to put in place a roster for lane inspection / cleaning on a bi-annual basis, particularly in the Dublin 12 & Dublin 6w area, where due to a changing demographic and an increase in fly tipping local residents are finding it increasingly difficult to maintain the area to the rear of their homes.
