That the Chief Executive report on the possibility of installing bottle banks at the new North Clondalkin library, and any other possible locations. This committee agrees that, due to all other locations being found to be unsuitable, bottle banks should be installed at the library.
To ask the Chief Executive if a request has been received to the council in relation to the taking in charge of a small area at the end of Foxborough Avenue and if so, what is the council's position on this?
That the open space at the top of Esker Hill, be taken in charge by the Council, and that any necessary steps be taken to initiate this process immediately, and that this Area Committee be given a full and detailed report on what has delayed the taking in charge of this open space, what legal steps are required to take it in charge, including if it is the case that an owner of the land cannot be identified, an explanation as to whether there was any condition in the planning permission for Brookvale estate in relation to this land, and the need to protect long established public rights of way at this location
To ask the Chief Executive for the numbers of people who have applied for Rebuilding Ireland Homeloans to the Council since the loan scheme was introduced and how many have been granted, refused, withdrawn or are under consideration, and how long does it typically take for an application to be processed
That the Chief Executive commit to using CCTV and other technology as appropriate to identify and prosecute offenders responsible for the illegal dumping and burning of waste in and around the old scoil Oscar site in Lucan.

To ask for an update on repairs to wall on Old Lucan Road at boundary near Lucan Demesne, including what is planned to repair the wall in so far as possible, in keeping with the wall heretofore
