That the Manager provide a report outlining lands that are undeveloped and in Council/Public ownership along with the relevant zoning information within the geographic area of the Fortunestown LAP.

"To ask the Manager to make a report to this Committee, on the status of the former Esso site in Tallaght Village, to detail what correspondance has been sent from this Council and what reply was received from the registered owners in respect of their future intentions for this site, and would he comment on the poor quality of the hoarding surrounding this site?"

"To ask the Manager to indicate what concessions if any, are available on fees for Allotment holders in the Tallaght Area and would he detail if any, what concessions would be considered for those Allotment Holders earning the minimum wage or below?"

"To ask the Manager to investigate the possibility of designating the NABCO  so called 'Community Facility' on Donomore Park a derelict site under the derelict sites act as despite ongoing efforts to have it utilised by the Community and Community groups, nothing changes and the building remains vacant and an eyesore as it has done so for almost a decade?"

That this Committee calls on the Manager to provide a pilot Allotment Scheme for Primary Schools in the Tallaght area, to offer advice and information, provide starter kits and equipment in an effort to encourage children to become interested in gardening and self sufficiency

That this Committee calls on the Manager to provide an updated report on the 20 foot steel signs, erected without the permission of SDCC, on Council owned land in the vicinity of Cushlawn Estate and the Junction of Kiltipper Way and Whitestown Way.

That this Committee calls on the Manager to provide a report on the condition of the allotments in Bohernabreena stating how many are vacant, how long they are vacant and how often they are inspected. That the report further states what progress has been made in the provision of the extension of the site to facilitate the scores of people on the waiting list for the allotments at this location.

"To ask the Manager to arrange for the installation of double yellow lines at the corners/bends at No's 28 and 30 The Park, Millbrook Lawns, Tallaght as illegal parking at these locations is causing a significant Road Safety issue where numerous near misses occur on a daily basis as a result of site lines being impeded by illegally parked cars?"

That this Committee calls on the Manager to provide an updated report on progress made in relation to the delivery of a pedestrian crossing for the residents of McUillium Estate on Fortunestown Lane as the current situation where children's lives are being put at risk every day is unacceptable.

That the Manager reinstates the yellow junction box at the entrance to Killinarden Estate on the Whitestown Road as it appears to have been removed during recent road resurfacing work.

That this Council will examine the posibility of erecting a Children at Play sign in Carrigwood, Firhouse for traffic emerging from Ballycullen Drive.

That this Committee calls on the Manager to arrange a site meeting in the vicinity of No 125 Watergate Estate to discuss possible solutions to the problem of nuisance and illegal parking at this location. Residents of this cul de sac are constantly being blocked in their driveways by people using Seán Walshe Park.

That this Committee call on the Manager to provide additional lighting on the front wall of Castletymon Library, in an effort to help stamp out anti-social behaviour in the adjoining laneway and to enhance the quality of the CCTV images from the Library cameras.

That this Committee calls on the Manager to carry out immediate repairs to the surface of the pedestrian laneway beside and behind Castletymon Library and to ensure that the three missing bollards are replaced in a secure manner to prevent any future removal by vandalism.
