Installation of Double yellow: Lines are urgently need on exiting Templeroan Drive on to Templeroan Lawn (on roadside opposite the main green).

Maintenance of green area: Overgrown & excessive vegetation at the Main Green on entry into the estate.  Almost half of our green has now being “wilded “resulting in unsustainable play area.

Footpath Repairs: There are expensive trip hazards on pathways i.e. Templeroan Way and continuing past Templeroan Drive. 

Road Safety:  Repaint and enlarge current yellow junction box at entrance to the Estate onto Templeroan Road, also new junction box required from Templeroan Road onto Knocklyon Road to facilitate drivers trying to access Knocklyon Road.

Painting of utility boxes: Request utility boxes be decorated with murals or community art which have been very successful in other locations.  These are located at entrance to estate on Templeroan Lawn and long wall on entering Templeroan Road from Knocklyon Road.
