Questions
To thank the Manager for agreeing to cost the works outstanding in Foxborough Estate relating to the finishing of the walls and I note that in reply to my most recent representations the costing process is taking place to enable the sequestration process of the developer's bond to commence to facilitate the completion of the works involved. Would the Manager please clearly define the time-scale for this process and the completion of all outstanding works. Would the Manager also agree that should legislation clearly define a required time-scale for the completion of all works relating to an estate by a developer, that this would be great assistance to all concerned, including the Local Authority and the Local Residential Community.

That this Committee recommends that South Dublin County Council re-surfaces the footpath from the Old Cowan site on Orchard Lane to the entrance to St. Killian's Park (footpath along Watery Lane).
That the Manager will conduct a noise pollution survey at Moy Glas Road and Moy Glas Lawn facing onto the Outer Ring Road. Complaints have been made regarding the increase in noise levels since the opening of this road. That the Manager outline plans / time frames for the CPO of land at Newlands Golf Course and what will the end result be there?
That a traffic survey be done on Convent Road, Clondalkin with a view to;
a) Seeing how much of that traffic needs to enter Clondalkin Village, and
b) Persuading non-essential traffic to use alternative routes.
