QUESTION: Cllr. Alex White

"To ask the Manager to take immediate steps to alleviate the serious parking and traffic problems at Moyville Lawn which essentially has become an overflow parking facility for motorists attending the shops on Taylors Lane and as a first step will he immediately reinstate the double yellow lines at the entrance to Moyville Lawn as a priority?"

 

REPLY:

Statutory approval has recently been received for the extension of the double yellow lines at this location and this work has been placed on the contractors schedule, with a likely completion date before end-December.
