" To ask the Manager to outline what is the minimum gross income considered prior to an applicant for Affordable Housing and will the Manager outline in detail what Social Welfare Payments including Child Benefit can be included in the above minimum gross income?."
REPLY
An applcant applying for Affordable Housing should have a minimum gross income of approx.€16000.Lone Parents allowance can be taken into account if the applicant is applying as a single applicant & Fis may be taken into account if it is ongoing.Childrens Allowance is not taken into account when assessing an applicants income.
