That this area committee write to the owners of Lidl in Kilcarbery and ask them to remove the two benches outside McCartan's Pharmacy as they are a magnet for anti social behaviour in the evenings which is ongoing, and has resulted in two full length windows being smashed on separate occasions.

If the motion is agreed, a letter will issue to the owners of Lidl in Kilcarbery as outlined above.
