To ask the Chief Executive if any parts of Kilcarbery-Grange have been taken in charge by SDCC yet?
REPLY:
No phases of Kilcarbery-Grange have been taken in charge by South Dublin County Council to date.
The South Dublin County Council Taking in Charge (TIC) Team is actively engaging with the developer teams and other relevant South Dublin County Council departments to progress the Taking in Charge process for the development. This work includes the assessment of the required technical, legal and administrative matters that must be satisfactorily addressed before any area can be considered for taking in charge.
The Council will continue to work with all relevant stakeholders to advance the process and facilitate the progression of Kilcarbery-Grange towards Taking in Charge.
