CITY EDGE VARIATION MATERIAL ALTERATION - FOR APPROVAL

REPLY:

In accordance with Section 58(17) of the Planning and Development Act 2024, as amended, and having considered the proposed modifications which are material alterations to Proposed Variation No 2 to the County Development Plan 2022-2028 and the report of the Chief Executive in accordance with Section 58(16), and having regard to the proper planning and sustainable development of the area, this Council hereby resolves to make Variation No. 2 with the proposed material alterations, reflecting any minor modifications approved at this meeting.
