MOTION: Councillor D. Loftus

To request the Manager inspect the water attenuation that is occurring at the entrance/exit of the red brick homes on Shancastle Avenue and install flood alleviation measures.

REPORT:

Natural Water Inspectors have assessed the location on Shancastle Avenue. The location of the issue is not on the road network but within the car park entrance area. Gullies are present on both sides of the entrance and have some debris visible.

These gullies are not included on the schedule of cleaning, due to their location being in a car park.

Natural Water have scheduled to get these gullies cleaned as soon as possible.
