QUESTION: Councillor D. Loftus

To ask the manager if Letts Field, Omer Walk and Griffeen Court are due to be taken in charge, and if so what is the time frame?

REPLY:

These three estates are Council built estates, and therefore the understanding is that they would automatically be taken in charge once they were deemed completed satisfactorily.  The SDCC Taking in Charge team will have to check with the Architects department to ensure that all items in the estates are completed to a satisfactory standard.  And then our SDCC maps and records can be updated to show the estates are in SDCC charge.
