"To ask the Manager for an update on the current status of the taking in charge process for the remainder of Deselby Estate, and to outline the expected timeframe for its completion?"

REPLY:

The technical checks and Taking In Charge items for the Deselby Estate are almost complete.  South Dublin County Council believe that we can advertise this TIC proposal before the end of this year.
