"To ask the Manager for an update on the current status of the taking in charge process for Elderheath Estate, and to outline the expected timeframe for its completion?"

REPLY:

The developers of Elder Heath are actively working with SDCC on the completion of the necessary work items related to the TIC process. Currently, SDCC are happy with the efforts of the developer to complete the outstanding work items.  We are in the early stages of this process and we estimate that the completion and advertising of the Taking in Charge will be towards the end of 2027.
