To ask the Manager if they can clarify how many homes will be constructed in the Clonburris SDZ within the Palmerstown Fonthill LEA and clarify how many of those will be allocated to council applicants?

REPLY:

Clonburris housing delivery figures are collated, reviewed and monitored across the entirety of the SDZ lands and not on an LEA basis. The targeted number of homes for delivery within the Clonburris SDZ Planning Scheme is detailed as 9,416. Please note that the Planning Scheme provides for a range of homes (minimum and maximum) and the target of 9,416 is the mid-point. SDCC delivery across the sites currently under construction or with planning approval (and not under construction) will provide c. 811 social homes, c.1109 affordable purchase homes and c. 490 cost rental homes.
