"Can the Manager give an update on when the first phase of social housing will be allocated for Killinarden Foothills in Tallaght?"

REPLY:

The initial delivery of 21 social housing units at the Killinarden Foothills development is anticipated in Q4 2027. The units will be allocated as soon as practicable following their handover to the Council.
