There are plans in progress to regularise the title of the strip of land between Boomers Pub, Knockmitten, Clondalkin and the adjoining open space/footpath area. However, the process involves a number of stakeholders and the resolution of associated legal and property matters. As a result, it is expected to take some time before the regularisation process can be concluded. Asset Management will continue to progress the matter and engage with the relevant parties.
