* Six newly constructed four-bedroom homes were allocated to eligible households through our standard housing list. Of these, five properties were allocated to households on the HAP Transfer List, while one property was allocated to a household on the RAS Fixed Transfer List. All successful applicants had accrued a significant period of waiting time on the housing list and were considered for allocation in accordance with our Allocation Scheme.
