To ask the Chief Executive when the next review of SDCC parking bye-laws is due?

REPLY:

South Dublin County Councils (Control of Parking) Byelaws 2021 came into operation on 1st July 2021, replacing the previous byelaws of 2010.

There are no immediate plans for a review of the Control of Parking Byelaws, but once amendments are required, a review will be initiated by SDCC. The current byelaws remain in force until such time as they are amended, replaced, or repealed through a new statutory byelaw process.
