To ask the Manager, to provide an updated statement in relation to the proposed Tallaght Stadium?

REPLY:

The Council’s decision to proceed with the completion of the stadium has been the subject of an application for judicial review to the High Court by Cumann Tomás Daibhis.  This application will be the subject of a hearing on 24th November 2006.
