QUESTION: Councillor S. O'Hara

To ask the Chief Executive to provide an update on when Peyton Estate, Rathcoole, is expected to be taken in charge by the Council.

REPLY:

The Council has not received a valid TIC application form for this estate.  The Council has made contact with the developer on many occasions, without any positive engagement into completing the process.  Indeed the Council was reminded that a legally constituted management company was in place in the estate, and that they were managing the maintenance of the estate.

Without the consent of the developer/management company and a valid TIC application on file, the Council cannot progress a TIC process for the Peyton Estate.
