In relation to the proposed upgrades and/or expansion of St. Dominic’s Community Centre, it should be noted that architectural resources are allocated to projects on a sequential basis, and there are currently a number of projects ahead of this scheme within the overall delivery programme.

Notwithstanding this, we are currently undertaking an internal review of our programme of works and are committed to progressing this project at the earliest possible opportunity.

Once an architect has been assigned to the project, we will be in a stronger position to establish a more definitive timeline and to provide clarity in respect of the anticipated programme for delivery
