QUESTION: Councillor P. Cosgrave

That the Manager give an update report on the works needed to be done on the flooding problem at the pedestrian school crossing at Ballyroan Crescent D.16. There is a short time zone from when the schools close this summer until they open at the end of August when work can be done.

REPLY:

Natural Water have received the bespoke manhole lids to replace the broken ones at the pedestrian lights.  The manhole lids will be replaced in the next fortnight so that a complete inspection of the surface water network can take place and help identify the drainage issue.

Once informed with a completed survey, Natural water will action accordingly.
