QUESTION: Councillor A. Hayes

To ask the manager for a progress update, including estimated finish date, for the replacement of the bridge in Waterstown Park.

REPLY:

The bridge at Watertown Park has been fitted in its final resting position across the Mill Race.  The next stage of the project includes the provision of additional fencing at the sides of the bridge at either end.  In addition, grading and path surfacing works will be undertaken to tie the bridge into the surrounding landscape.  This part of the project will be progressed during Q3.
