MOTION: Councillor A. Hayes

That SDCC secure the boundary of the newly seeded pitch in Glenaulin Park to prevent unauthorised access by electric off road bikes and others while the ground settles.

REPORT:

The contractor working on the pitch improvements at Glenaulin Park will be on site in the last week of May to undertake any remedial work on the pitch following the establishment period.

It is planned to remove the fencing that is currently protecting the site once this work is completed in early June, however the contractor has been asked to secure the boundary in the meantime.
