To ask the Chief Executive to clarify whether the current waiting list for Lucan Swimming Pool & Gym, operated by Aura Leisure, is due to capacity constraints, or if there are other operational factors involved, and if a statement can be provided on the matter.
REPLY:
Lucan Leisure Campus is managed by Aura Leisure Ltd., a Company Limited by Guarantee, which was awarded a management licence to operate the facility.
The management company is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the facility, including membership management and capacity arrangements. As such, all operational queries in relation to waiting lists, capacity, and other related matters should be directed to the local management team at Lucan Leisure Campus, who are best placed to provide detailed information on these issues.
