QUESTION: Councillor A. Hayes

To ask the manager for an updated timeline on the installation of a roof for Waterstown House in Palmerstown.

REPLY:

A structural design consultant has produced drawings for the provision of a roof for Waterstown House.  The consultant has progressed the project to quotation stage for construction however to date they have been unable to identify contractors willing to quote for this stage of the project. 

In the event that it is not possible for the consultant to obtain quotes then a tender package will be drawn up for advertising using a public procurement process.
