QUESTION: Councillor L. O'Toole

To ask the Chief Executive further to discussions at the previous Area Committee Meeting to provide an update on the proposal to either hold a separate meeting or include a dedicated agenda item at a future ACM subject to time requirements to allow for a detailed discussion on the proposed Arts Centre in Clonburris. This should include clarification on the proposed design, scale and the level of input from the Library Services Department.

REPLY:

A Members Briefing on the Clonburris SDZ is scheduled for the 19th of May and a full update on the current state-of-play vis-a-vis the design, scale and level of input from SDCC library services can be presented on this Centre.
