Now that Taking in Charge (TIC) has taken place in areas of The Paddocks can the Chief Executive confirm which previously raised Traffic Management Matters (TMM) requests can now be progressed and provide a breakdown of the locations and an indicative programme for when these measures may be carried out?

REPLY:

The Paddocks estate and Shackleton Avenue has been taken in charge recently by the council. Therefore, the management and operation of the roads, footpath, cycle paths and public lighting are now responsibility of South Dublin County Council. Please re-submit your major traffic related issues via the TMM process and these will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
