MOTION: Councillor F. Timmons

That this Area Committee would consider installing educational signage in Corkagh Park to inform visitors about the documented harm caused by feeding bread to wild birds, including ducks, swans, and geese.

REPORT:

Wildfowl educational signs are already present in Corkagh Park.  The signs provide advice about what is safe to feed to wildfowl and what to avoid. A review of these signs will be carried out to ensure they are still present and legible.  Replacement signs will be provided if required.
