QUESTION: Councillor A. Hayes

To ask the Manager what actions has SDCC taken in the last 12 months regarding the joint feasibility work with Fingal County Council to reopen the Silver Bridge in the Liffey Valley.

REPLY:

Further research has been carried out regarding land ownership on the South Dublin side of the Silver Bridge. Discussions have also taken place with Fingal County Council in relation to progress on rights-of-way and ownership matters on their side. A further joint meeting is scheduled for this spring to continue advancing the feasibility work.
