QUESTION: Councillor N. Fennell

To ask the manager to provide a tabular breakdown of the current Energy Retrofit Programme - the number of properties on the list by LEA, their status (for inspection / approved for works) and a breakdown of the list of scheduled works and their estates within the Lucan LEA.

REPLY:

There are currently 190 homes across the county scheduled for works under the Energy Efficiency Retrofit Programme 2026. Of these, 97 are located within this electoral area.

Works are scheduled to take place on a number of properties across the following estates: Airlie Heights, St Finian’s Estate, Neilstown, St Mark’s, St Ronan’s, and Shancastle.
