QUESTION: Councillor F. Timmons

To ask the Chief Executive for an update on proposed upgrade of Deansrath shopping centre car park and general area and an estimated timeframe.

REPLY:

Deansrath Shopping Centre and car park are in private ownership and the owner will be required to carry out any necessary repairs. 

SDCC do have it listed for a district centre enhancement but that scheme will be carried out on the public owned area.

There is currently no timeline for commencement of this project
