QUESTION: Councillor L. O'Toole

Can the Chief Executive confirm that the recent Adamstown Midway Review will be circulated and presented to the local Area Committee Members and that a dedicated briefing or meeting will be arranged to appraise Members of the findings and recommendations with time allowed for discussion? In addition can clarification be provided on whether this engagement will take place as part of the quarterly SDZ's update?

Dear Cllr. O’Toole,

The mid-term review was presented to the SPC 27/11/2025 and I will ensure the presentation is available online. I will also ensure a copy of the review itself is circulated to the ACM Members.

In addition, a section of the SDZ briefing to the Members in February can include the review as part of the overall update on Adamstown.
