MOTION: Councillor W. Carey

That this Area Committee agrees that SDCC should investigate a problematic drainage issue at Ashwood Estate. (The new development at Canal extension has inadvertently made it difficult to access the drainage system).

REPORT:

 The drainage issue at 46 Ashwood Road relates to foul drainage.  Uisce Eireann is the relevant authority for foul drainage and the resident has made contact with UE.
