MOTION: Councillor E. Murphy

To ask the Chief Executive to provide details of planned action on the future maintenance of the general area near the pedestrian bridge connecting Prospect Manor to Edmondstown Road.

REPORT:

The District Supervisor has surveyed the area and has identified a program of works required including the cutting of hedges and overgrown grass areas. Once the initial works is complete, the area will be included as part of the current planned maintenance programme.
