Headed Item 2 – Proposed Variation: draft Clondalkin Local Planning Framework

Under section 13 (5)(a) of the Planning and Development Act 2000, as amended, this Special Meeting of the Council is considering the Report of the Chief Executive (Headed Item 1) and the proposed variation – the Clondalkin Local Planning Framework, appended to this Headed Item 2.

In the same way as set out under Headed Item 1, any changes to the proposed variation (draft LPF) which are considered to be material alterations will be required to go out for public consultation in accordance with section 13(6) of the Planning and Development Act, as amended.
