Headed Item 6 – Resolution

In accordance with section 13 (6) of the Planning and Development Act 2000, as amended, and having considered the Proposed Variation to the County Development Plan 2022-2028 (the draft Clondalkin Local Planning Framework) and the report of the Chief Executive in accordance with section 13(5)(a), and having regard to the proper planning and sustainable development of the area, this Council hereby resolves to amend the Proposed Variation in accordance with the Chief Executive’s recommended proposed amendments and the Elected Members proposed amendments approved at this meeting and given that certain proposed amendments constitute material alterations to the Proposed Variation / Draft Local Planning Framework resolve to publish notice of the proposed material alterations and any changes consequent to said material alterations for public consultation.
