39 applications were received for retention planning permission up to and including 25^th November, 2025 for the Rathfarnham / Templeogue / Firhouse / Bohernabreena areas

26 were granted

2 additional information has been requested

6 refused

5 awaiting decision

It should be noted that decisions to grant permission in 2025 may have been relative to applications received in 2024.
