MOTION: Councillor P. Cosgrave

That the Manager have new lighting installed at the area opposite the Rua centre at the back of the BYCC community centre. The area has no lighting and is very dark for anyone attending the library in the winter months.

REPORT: 

The area in question is not in the charge of South Dublin County Council and as such, there will be no installation or maintenance of public lighting at this location.
