To ask the chief executive how many active planning enforcement cases are currently live in the Rathfarnham Templeogue / Firhouse / Bohernabreena area?

REPLY:

 There are currently 131 enforcement files open relative to alleged unauthorised development / planning enforcement matters across RTFB AC area.  These files are at various stages of process.
