STANDING COMMITTEES ORGANISATION, PROCEDURE & FINANCE - FOR APPROVAL

The following Motion was agreed by the members at the November OP&F meeting:

 “This Council proposes that motions specifically related to the functions of the Council be given priority in the agenda over all other submitted motions”

To give effect to the motion, it is proposed to amend Standing Order No.22.l.iii and Standing Order No.24.a., as set out in the document attached to this item “Proposed amendments to Standing Orders”

This is now before full Council for final approval.
