That the orcas and bollards be reinstated on Kennelsfort Road Lower, outside Palmers Gate Apartments to prevent dangerous driver behaviour such as vehicles exiting apartments complex and turning right.

REPORT:

A contractor has been appointed to replace these bollards.

These bollards have been replaced a number of times to date and a new mounting socket will be trialled to try reduce the current maintenance demand
